Allied Military Government issues

AMG stamps were issued for use in Austria in 1945.  The stamps are denominated in schillings.

Three stamps were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington, DC, and have plate numbers similar to those of the U.S. Documentary stamps of the day.
